The service is aimed at all professionals who have not attended the BASIC MyVirtuoso Home training course, and/or have not passed the test required at the end of the course, and at all private customers.
Technical assistance dedicated to
MyVirtuoso Home
Every day we provide our professional customers with a specialized technician who will support them in real time and remotely.
It is possible to request telephone assistance for the first installation and configuration of the HEMS MyVirtuoso Home, requesting an appointment via the assistance form (ticket) at least 2 days before the intervention.
We remind you that the MyVirtuoso Home system does not need to be physically installed in the customer's home in order to be able to configure it. We strongly recommend configuring the system on the bench before going to the customer.
This will ensure correct configuration and operation.
